Interactive training programme for the Sports Direct retail team delivering Visual Merchandising Principles

At Sports Direct, we had the privilege of working closely with the internal teams and a small group of experts to bring the company’s in-house VMS training program to life. Our goal was to create a dynamic and engaging experience for the learners, and we did just that by leveraging the power of technology.

We were responsible for the design and development of all content in the Storyline 360 LMS platform, which included custom animations and interactive games. These elements added an extra layer of excitement to the learning process and kept the participants engaged throughout the program.

In addition to the interactive elements, we also filmed several videos to accompany the training modules, providing an in-depth look at each topic. These videos were an essential part of the program, as they helped reinforce the key concepts and bring the training to life.

The first phase of the program was launched in the summer of 2022 and was met with great success. The participants were thrilled with the level of engagement and the ease of use of the LMS platform. With phase 2 planned for Spring 2023, we are excited to continue our partnership with Sports Direct and support their ongoing training and development efforts.
