Overview
Six sites, three days, one seamless rebrand across Tower Hamlets.
Working in close collaboration with Tower Hamlets and their design agency, we delivered a comprehensive rebrand across the entire leisure estate — covering all six Be Well sites throughout the borough. Months of detailed pre-production planning preceded the installation, with every site surveyed, materials prepared per location, and crews briefed to operate simultaneously across the portfolio.

Large Format Across Every Surface
The scope covered the full range of large format applications — from exterior glazing wraps and rooftop banners to interior wall murals and branded room panels. Each format was specified to suit the architecture and sightlines of its location, ensuring the Be Well brand landed with maximum visibility and impact across every site.
Interior Brand Expression
Inside, the Be Well brand came to life through full-wall gradient murals, branded room panels, and activity graphics — creating spaces that feel energised, welcoming, and unmistakably Tower Hamlets.

Out With the Old
Across all six sites, every trace of the previous operator branding was stripped out and replaced with the new Be Well identity. From entrance signage and facility directories through to interior graphics and wayfinding, each building now presents a single, consistent face — giving the community clear ownership of the spaces they use.
The Result
This project was a great example of what can be achieved when design, planning and delivery align. Six sites delivered on time, on budget, with safety and efficiency prioritised throughout.
